I’m Marissa! I’ve been doing lashes since April of 2017 & have had Sii Bella since May of 2017! Upon arrival for your appointments: - Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. Anything past 10 minutes (5 minutes for a mini fill) late will need to be rescheduled and fees will be applied. - Arrive with no makeup on and clean, brushed lashes. - Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment as it causes fluttering eyes and makes it hard to do a precise job. - Use the restroom before laying down. - Please put your cellphone away and on silent. This is meant to be a relaxing service and cell phones can cause distractions. - Please avoid bringing guests & children unless discussing with me beforehand. - Be prepared to lay down with your eyes closed for anywhere from 40 minutes to 3 hours. Pretty, precise, well done lashes take time 🫶🏻 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLEBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
All appointment changes must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee will be charged.
Same-day emergencies or weather-related issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact me as soon as possible.
No-call, no-shows will result in a 95% fee. If your card declines when the fee is charged, you will be banned from booking future appointments.
Late Policy:
• 10+ minutes late to a full set or fill = appointment canceled, 95% fee charged, and you’ll need to reschedule.
• 5+ minutes late to a mini fill = same policy applies.
• If you’re under the late time limit, I’ll work with the time remaining.
